Precautions for use:
1. The liquid filling machine is suitable for a ventilated, dry, and clean environment, with a temperature of -5 ℃~40 ℃ and a humidity of<90 ℃. It periodically cleans the oil stains, dust, and other debris inside the filling machine box.
Before starting the liquid filling machine, check whether the power supply voltage is normal and whether the socket has a safe grounding wire
3. Before operation, it is necessary to thoroughly clean, using non-woven soft cloth and cleaning agent to wipe off oil or dirt, and then dry it
4. Regularly add lubricating oil to various mechanical components
5. Check the circuit to see if the old words are damaged
6. Check the components, tighten loose parts, and replace damaged parts
7. Check the filter element and repair the main parts of the concentrated shrinkage discharge
8. The liquid filling machine adopts a stainless steel shell. During use, do not use sharp or hard objects to scrape its surface.

Common faults and troubleshooting:The machine rotates normally, but no dispensing solution is discharged. There are foreign objects inside the valve that need to be cleaned; The upper and lower pins inside the valve are placed incorrectly. The injection is uneven, the joint is not tightened properly, and there is air leakage. Further tightening is required.
Maintenance knowledge
One The machine cannot start: 1. Connect the power, turn on the power switch, and check the fuse. 2. Release the emergency stop button. 3. Connect the air pressure and maintain it at around 6 kilograms. 4. Check if the switch power supply has a DC24V power output. 5. Check if the communication line between the touch screen and PLC is loose.
2: Not cutting: 1. Check the air pressure and the touch screen maintenance method screen. 2. Check if the nozzle is closed and inspect the circuit. 3. Add ingredients. 4. Check the air pressure, check if the injection cylinder and cylinder are dead, check if the discharge nozzle on the touch screen maintenance mode screen is closed, and check the circuit.
3: Inaccurate filling dosage: 1. Check the feeding system. 2. Filter and clean the materials in the pipeline. 3. Replace the sealing ring of the pneumatic valve, air pipe leakage, and replace the pneumatic valve. 4. Clean and replace the solenoid valve. 5. Clean and replace the silencing gas. 6. Adjust the ball valve to reduce impact force and increase diving depth. 7. Replace the O-ring. 8. Adjust the magnetic switch of the injection cylinder.
4: Leakage: 1. Tighten the discharge nozzle and replace the sealing gasket of the discharge nozzle. 2. Replace the discharge pipe. 3. Clean the pneumatic valve and replace the sealing gasket of the pneumatic valve. 4. Replace the sealing ring of the injection cylinder.
